Instructions for abstracts submission
Deadline 14 February 2025. New deadline: March 31, 2025 (for poster presentation only)
Before submitting the abstract, registration of the first (or presenting) author is mandatory. Abstracts of authors who are not registered will NOT be accepted.
After registering, you will receive an email with a link to activate your account. Then you can login at Participant Area.
In the Participant's Area you will be able to submit (or edit) your abstracts until the submission deadline.
For each abstract submitted the authors and type of presentation must be indicated.
If you do not receive an email confirming the submission of the abstract or registration, please verify the spam box or contact the organization of the meeting.
Each participant can submit up to 1 abstracts without restriction on the communication type. Yet, each oral presentation must correspond to one registration
The abstracts should be prepared in English, since it is the official language of the event, and according to the template.

Plenary lectures: 50 + 10 min
Invited oral communications - 25 + 5 min
Oral communications - 12 + 3 min
Flash oral communications - 3 min + Q&A
Poster size
A0 (841mm width x 1189 mm height ) - Vertical
